WE DO THIS BECAUSE WE LOVE IT
As families who serve, we wouldn't give up our holidays, weekends, and evenings together for any other reason. Life is better with purpose and our uniting purpose is to serve our communities and our country.

SPOUSES WHO SERVE ARE RADICAL
It takes a strong human to raise a family with a first responder, educator or warrior. We believe that First Responder-Warrior-Educator (FR-W-E) spouses have their own unique level of 'badassery' that is a unique and vital strength to the family and the FR-W-E world as a whole.

BURNOUT IS R-E-A-L
As FR-W-E families, we pick ourselves up by our bootstraps and carry on with the best of them. But that sure as hell doesn't mean that we won't go through some difficult times in the process. Trauma and burnout can be an all-too-often part of our family lives.

WE ARE EACH OTHER'S FAMILY
When it comes to getting through the day as an FR-W-E family, not everyone "gets it." But we get each other. And no one in the world can support another family as well as a first responder, warrior or educator family.

WE ARE STRONG TO A FAULT
When it comes to powering through, we will accomplish that goal at the expense of all others. We don't often reach out for help until we've reached crisis mode and have no other options. Our families are among the community of "fixers & helpers" and we often don't realize when we need help for ourselves.

AT READINESS GROUP, WE ARE HERE TO HELP
As military and educator family ourselves, we understand the "servant family" mentality. We have a true passion for helping those who serve find joy in their everyday lives. We do this the way we know best: by bringing communities together through education, coaching and one-on-one intervention.

WE HELP FAMILIES
How do we do this? We incorporate family training into every program we build. Wellness does not just happen on the job or at home. Wellness comes from finding balance and joy in both.

We are working hard to develop online training courses for our FR-W-E families! But our main goal is to offer as much free online content as possible to motivate and inspire your family. We get it! Loving and supporting your First Responder|Warrior|Educator is not your only goal in life. We live by the belief that anything is possible with enough determination. That is the power of the human spirit - igniting the power of passion. We want you and your kids to live your own best lives while loving your first responder/warrior/educator.

We are different and we like it that way. We are a family-based company and we build our business in a way that brings our families together through adventure. We also find true purpose in being able to serve others. We hope to bring inspiration and adventure to the families we serve. We pour our hearts and souls into the programs we build, in true hopes they positively impact everyone they touch.
