A Resilient Culture. Educated Personnel. Local Resources that Make a Difference.
Building a full-scale culture of resiliency that addresses the chronic and critical stress of your people is easier than you might think. We're excited to partner with you in building a program that truly meets the needs of your people.
Creating a Custom Plan
You need a plan that will work for your culture and be run in house. Not one of the cookie-cutter approaches with unclear steps for beginning a program.
Life's Tough...Build a Buffer
Our licensed therapists understand the cultures of military, first responders, educators, and families in crisis. Our proactive approach increases ability to cope with challenges and trauma.
Courses for First Responders
We provide courses and programs for first responder communities on readiness, response and recovery. Courses focus on the Science of Trauma and the power of peer support. Click below to see our current project: The First Responder Resiliency Program.
Courses for School Districts
We provide Trauma Response training for School Districts based on the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) Critical Incident Stress Management curriculum. We provide ICISF-certified trainers to certify participants in both one-on-one and group processes.
Courses for Medical Organizations
Similar to our first responder courses, we provide education for medical teams on the Science of Trauma and the effectiveness of peer support. These courses focus on creating a culture within an organization that offers purposeful peering from a physiological standpoint.
